Must be owner-occupied single-family home located in San Diego, Orange, or Riverside counties. After an initial 24 month fixed-rate period, your HELOC rate may adjust quarterly up to 1% (based on WSJ Prime Rate + a margin), with a 4.00% APR minimum and a 12.00% APR maximum. Your minimum monthly payment will equal 1% of the outstanding principal balance. A balloon payment may result if paying the minimum payment does not fully amortize the unpaid balance by the maturity date; the full outstanding balance is due at that time. If payment is made more than 15 days after due date, a late charge will be assessed equal to 20% of the interest due ($5 minimum). Property insurance is required.
